Resource Library Setup Process
Once your AmeriTrust CONNECT policyholder account has been created during the purchase process, you will then have access to policy documents available for download, current balance due along with a secure online payment portal, and a robust small business resource library to support your risk management, compliance, human resource, and OSHA efforts. This go-to online library presents timely articles, sample forms and policies, employee educational materials, and more.
Please note: To gain full access to the small business resource library, you will be asked to verify your email address by our resource partner, ZYWAVE, upon the first attempt to open the library as shown by the highlighted yellow areas below:
When you click on one of the above highlighted dashboard resources the first time, you will be asked by Zywave to verify the email address used to set up your online account. Next, a verification email will be sent to the address provided. Be on the lookout for an email from Zywave ([email protected]).
Upon future visits to the AmeriTrust CONNECT policy dashboard, you will be automatically signed in to the small business Resource Library.
